Mountain Bike Guides in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire & Moray

If you’re coming to Aberdeenshire on holiday, planning a big mountain adventure with friends, or maybe you are just wanting to forgo the well known trails and the Komoot/Trailforks/Bikemap recommendations, and instead discover some new secret single tracks and hidden gems of flow trails then the best thing to do is to hook up with one of the mountain bike guides in Aberdeenshire or Moray.

Using a tour guide offers a lot more than just knowing where you can mountain bike.
Booking a guided ride supports the local MTB community, and the local economy. Tour guides are active in the local trail association helping maintain and build new trails. They know where the best coffee is sold, and can recommend great watering holes for an after ride beer and snack.
They offer mechanical support. If you get a mechanical on the trail it’s really nice to have mechanical support from a tour guide or company. While they might not have every spare part, they will have connections at the local bike shops so will get you sorted fast so you’re ready to rip the trails.
Meeting new friends. You could book a private 1-2-1 tour, but it is cheaper, and more fun to join in with others. Share stories, photos, Haribos - you get the drift.

Below is a list of mountain bike guides, and MTB tour operators that we know about who are based in the north east of Scotland. If you think we have missed a mountain bike tour guide from our list then do let us know; contact details are at the bottom of the page.
